The rules, in plain terms.
This document describes the conditions under which you use the traak app. By creating your account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.
/01Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the traak mobile app, published by ReKrute SARL. The app provides a career coach comprising an editorial read of your career and an audio interview-practice module.
/02Access and registration
A traak account can be created directly or via a ReKrute account, which then fills in the email and profile information. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and keeps their profile up to date. Use of the app is reserved for adults.
/03Acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Not attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
- Not use the app for identity theft, spam or harm to a third party.
- Not upload a CV or content for which they do not hold the rights.
- Not automatically extract the coach's content to resell or redistribute it.
In the event of a breach, ReKrute SARL reserves the right to suspend or close the account concerned without notice.
/04Pricing
traak offers a free tier and two paid plans, premium and premium+, billed by the three-month season, by the year or by the month. Current prices are shown on the Plans and pricing page. Subscriptions carry no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. No trial quietly renews.
Unlimited use on the premium+ plan is understood as fair use: it is capped at 30 practice sessions per day, in order to preserve the quality of the service for all users.
Any change to pricing will be the subject of a clear notification in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, and will never apply retroactively to content already obtained.
/05Intellectual property
The traak brand, the wordmark, the interface, the coach's questions, the assessment methodology and all editorial content are the exclusive property of ReKrute SARL. Any reproduction, even partial, without written authorization is prohibited.
The content you produce in the app (audio answers, CV) remains your property. You grant ReKrute SARL a license strictly limited to running the service.
/06Limitation of liability
traak is a tool to support career preparation and reflection. The coach's feedback, the suggested directions and the scores are indicative only and cannot constitute personalized professional advice, nor a hiring commitment.
The app is provided as is. ReKrute SARL strives to ensure the availability of the service without guaranteeing the absence of errors or interruptions.
/07Changes to the Terms
These Terms may evolve. Any substantial change will be notified in the app and will require fresh acceptance at the next sign-in.
/08Governing law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, subject to the prior amicable mediation to which the parties commit.
