/01Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected by traak is ReKrute SARL, whose full details appear in the legal notice. For any question about privacy: contact@traak.ai.

/02Data collected

traak collects only what's necessary for the coach to work:

• ReKrute identity and profile: name, email, job title, years of experience, city. This data is passed from your ReKrute account, with your consent, the moment you sign in via SSO.
• CV: the PDF file you chose, and its extracted text for the read of your career.
• Answers to the coach's questions: audio recordings, transcripts, feedback generated by the coach, scores per criterion.
• Technical data: device model, OS version, app version, anonymous install identifier. No third-party advertising trackers.

/03The traak.ai site

The traak.ai site collects no email address: it presents the app and points to the App Store and Google Play. The processing described in this document concerns the app, once your account is created. If you had left your address on the former priority-list form, you can request its deletion at any time by writing to contact@traak.ai.

/04Purposes

• Generate the editorial read of your career.
• Assess your audio answers, produce written feedback and a score per criterion.
• Secure your account and prevent abuse.
• Improve the product, using aggregated and anonymized data.

/05What we don't do

• Your answers are never shared with a recruiter, not even on the ReKrute side.
• No sale or transfer to a third party.
• No advertising profiling, no targeted ads.
• No audio recording without your explicit gesture (tap to talk).

/06Recipients and transfers

Your data is processed by a minimal number of internal operators, bound by professional secrecy. Some technical processing (hosting, AI models for transcription and assessment) is operated by providers located outside Morocco, within the framework set out by Law 09-08 and under contractual confidentiality guarantees. None of these providers use your data for their own purposes. The list of recipients and the associated guarantees are available on request at contact@traak.ai.

/07Retention

Raw audio

90 days, then automatic deletion.

Transcript and feedback

As long as your account is active.

CV

As long as your account is active.

Aggregated data

Indefinitely, in anonymous form.

Closed account

Full deletion within 30 days.

Former priority list

Deleted on request.

/08Your rights

In accordance with Law 09-08, you have a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection. You can exercise each of these rights from the Profile > My data screen in the app, or by writing to contact@traak.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

/09Security

Audio recordings and the text of your answers are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted to a minimal number of internal operators, bound by professional secrecy. Technical subprocessors are bound by contract to equivalent confidentiality clauses.
