traak is a career app built by the ReKrute team in Casablanca. An editorial read of your career, an audio coach that answers you, built for the Moroccan market.
/01The origin
The tools out there treat the job search like a pipeline. Checkboxes, statuses, gauges blinking for show. The work of finding your way deserves better. We built traak to answer one question: what if we actually listened?
The app reads your career, answers you in writing, gets you talking out loud, hands you feedback written sentence by sentence. The score exists: eight criteria, rated out of 5, with an overall verdict. It serves the feedback, never the other way around.
/02The name
traak reads in three languages at once. Trac, that knot in the stomach before an interview, the one we set out to tame. Track, to follow and move forward. And triq, the road in darija, the path you take. Three languages, one idea: find your way, and follow it.
/03The team
traak is led by the ReKrute team, the leading job site in Morocco since 2006: 2 million registered candidates, 1.3 million CVs in the database. The product, design and AI team is based in Casablanca. Editorial and brand direction by Jérémy Montant.
The project is positioned as a candidate companion within the ReKrute ecosystem: not a recruitment platform, not an application CRM. A coach.
/04The promise
- We listen, we don't track. Your answers are never shared with a recruiter, not even on the ReKrute side.
- The coach writes as much as it talks. Not just scores: sentences. Advice you can use Monday morning.

/05The pace
traak is available on iOS and Android. The traak tier stays free, with no time limit: we want practice to be within reach even without a budget. The premium plans fund what comes next, and traak will grow with the people who show up on day one.
